These are pesticide-free sansho (Japanese pepper) leaves harvested in a nature-rich mountain area at an altitude of about 500m. Photos 2-4 show the current state of the leaves. The leaves are about 10cm long. Smaller leaves will also be included. Also, this will be the final harvest of the season, so the leaves are generally colored with autumn leaves or discolored. There will also be many fallen leaves, so please purchase with the above in mind. Please store them in the refrigerator after arrival to keep them fresh longer, but since the autumn leaves have started, the leaves are likely to fall off easily. Each leaf will be checked after harvesting, but due to the pesticide-free nature of the product, there is a possibility that insect bites or small insects may be mixed in. Please note that the product will be shipped at room temperature, so please understand this before purchasing. Also, please note that shipping may be delayed if it rains, as harvesting is not possible.
