This is a flat-weave obi-jime made of pure silk. Hand-knotted, domestically produced. It features a gradation from olive to brown with gold patterns. Fine gold lamé threads are also woven throughout the obi-jime. It can be worn with formal kimonos such as houmongi and tsukesage. It can also be worn with casual kimonos.
