This is a trumpet mouthpiece from Stomvi of Spain. It's a slightly deep 5B model, and I believe I purchased it around 2010 at Ikebe in Shibuya. The current standard price for Stomvi mouthpieces is around 11,000 yen. I don't think the price will go down much, so although there are some minor scratches, it's a good option for those who want to use it at a lower price.
