Fabric fibers that couldn't be completely removed remain around the edges. There are multiple holes on the edges and back where pins were attached. The wood on the bottom is warped, and it wobbles, so it seems like adjustment with cushioning material will be necessary. It appears to be plywood rather than solid wood, but the type of wood is unknown.
