This is a Fender Japan guitar made between 1989 and 1990, manufactured by Fujigen. Almost everything has been changed except for the tuning pegs. * Duncan pickups * All wiring redone: Oyaide wire, CTS pots, Switchcraft jack, Orange Drop capacitor * Control panel holes expanded to accommodate inch-sized pots. The original panel is included. * Refretted with medium-jumbo frets. Fingerboard adjusted and nut replaced during refret. * Gotoh bridge with brass saddles * Strap pin position changed (holes drilled, original holes remain). Schaller strap locks installed. * Noise reduction knob (I think that's what it's called) * Pickguard replacement (will be modified after purchase as no holes have been drilled into the body. The original is available, but has been modified for a guitar synthesizer and its shape is different. If you don't want extra screw holes, I can reinstall the original pickguard.) There are cracks and paint chips consistent with its age. There is a dent on the back of the neck. The fingerboard is in excellent condition for its age. It was not dyed after being planed. The sound rivals that of many USA-made guitars. I've used it for recording and live performances. The neck hasn't moved at all since I bought it 13-14 years ago. It's a really good one. I'm selling it because I need the money. Please don't expect much of a price reduction. I might lower the price if I feel like it...
