I bought this about a year ago and have used it two or three times a month. It's in almost new condition, and I think it probably charges to 100%. The tires aren't very worn, and still have the rubber hairs. The instruction manual is also new. When I ride it in the park, everyone's eyes widen in surprise. I've gotten good at it and can ride it while dancing to the rhythm of music. It's a lot of fun.
