This is a limited edition item commemorating the 40th anniversary of its release. The Rubik's Cube itself is in good condition. Two of the stands for the Rubik's Cube are missing, so they cannot be attached. The box and instruction manual have some damage as it was purchased quite a while ago. I am not planning to lower the price any further as it will cost money to ship.
