You can enjoy nagashi somen (flowing somen noodles) simply by assembling it upon arrival. All corners, such as bamboo joints, are polished for safety and easy assembly. ● Basic Menu Somen noodle flume: 1 piece approximately 100cm x 2 pieces = 2m Tripods (3 sets): 1 piece approximately 90cm, 9 pieces in total * Tripods are secured with cable ties or shuro rope. ● Additional Charges Somen noodle flume: 1m - ¥1,000 (with tripod) If you would like to add to your order, please leave a comment. After use, wash and dry the kit. If stored indoors or in a well-ventilated area, it is less likely to mold.
