This is a high backpack from NEFF. It attaches to the highback of your bindings. There are some spots of discoloration on the brown leather parts, but it doesn't affect use. I think it's a very convenient item for storing small items like car keys, small tools, and wax. It's no longer sold, and the red color is rare... I bought it about 15 years ago...
