Mark Curry is popular with big band and studio players. Although he may not be very well-known in Japan, I think his mouthpieces are very well-made. Some people say it's strange that there isn't a distributor in Japan. I think the price is reasonable for the quality. The size is listed as 1.25, but I think it's about the same as a Bach 1 1/2. It might be a little smaller. The B shank seems to fit Bach's slender shank, but with other manufacturers, I used to wrap thin tape and wipe it. FLD is probably the deeper type of Mark Curry flugelhorn mouthpiece. I think it produces a soft sound typical of a (Mark Curry) flugelhorn. Overall, I think it's in very good condition.
