Purchased at an interior shop in Shinjuku OZONE. The shop staff said it was found during a warehouse cleanup. I believe it's a reproduction, not an original (as the box design seems different). The box has some tears. You insert the included screw into the rod and turn it to wind the screw. It works properly. I've kept it stored in the box since I bought it.
