The floral motif gives a delicate, three-dimensional appearance, as if floating. The outside has a smooth texture, while the inside features concentric rings created by the potter's wheel (rokuro-me), giving the plates the warmth characteristic of Japanese tableware. The flat bottom provides stability. Please note that the brushstrokes on the underside of the plates vary, and one plate has a slightly rough edge (see the last image). Otherwise, there is no sign of use, and there are no noticeable scratches or chips, but please understand that these have been stored at home.
