Illustrations by Yoshitaka Amano are beautiful. I purchased all of these at their first editions when they were released and stored them in a dark place. Published between 1984 and 1991, so there is some yellowing and staining (the degree varies depending on the book), but there are no major scratches or stains, and I think the condition is good for the year of publication.
