It will be a large house with lights! No box included. There are scratches, stains, and discoloration. Please check the photos. Batteries will be removed before shipping. The lights currently work, but the on/off switch on the first floor is difficult to operate. Please purchase only if you understand this. A green chair will be included as a bonus.
