This is a set of 2 items. I haven't used them much, but the strings on the lap blanket have yellowed, possibly due to age. It can be used on both sides (reversible). I haven't had a chance to use the bib, so it has never been used. This can also be used on both sides (reversible). When I purchased it, I attached it to my Ergo baby carrier to check the size, and it fit perfectly!
