I was using it with a Mesa/Boogie Triaxis and Simul Class 2:Ninety, as shown in the pictures. The Mesa/Boogie Triaxis and Simul Class 2:Ninety are listed separately. You will receive the printed manual and the power cord. I believe there are no noticeable scratches, but please check the photos carefully before making a purchase.
