These are installation parts, such as the mounting base, that came with a Panasonic built-in dishwasher. They are new because they were not used when replacing only the main unit, but they have been opened for photography. They were included with the NP-45MD9S, and the cardboard box is marked with M5S, which seems to be the model number. I believe all the parts for the base that the main unit sits on are included, but everything in the photos is what's included.
