I believe this is a Tammy-chan lingerie set, but please forgive me if I'm mistaken (^_^;) The shorts are a different color from the yellow shorts that came with the flocked dress, and these are pink (⁠.⁠ ⁠❛⁠ ⁠ᴗ⁠ ⁠❛⁠.⁠) I don't see any noticeable stains, but it's an old item, so there is some age-related soiling. The elastic isn't very effective due to deterioration, so if anyone is able to repair it, such as by replacing the elastic, please feel free to do so (⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴗ⁠ꈍ⁠) The outfit itself is rare and cute ❤(^^)/
