This is a very, very old pencil found at my parents' house. The outer bag is dirty, and the sticker is slightly peeled. The contents are sealed with stickers, so I can't see everything. The pencils may also have dirt and scratches. Please refrain from purchasing if you do not understand. *From a quick glance, there appears to be dirt on the pencils. HB x 3 No price reduction.
