Purchased about 20 years ago (I think on eBay). It was a rare item even then, and I bought it on impulse when I found it. I used it occasionally, and when not in use, I kept it in a hard case specifically for camera lenses. (As is often the case) with the increase in family size, I'm clearing out items I don't use, and sadly, this item has become a candidate for disposal. I'm considering taking this lens, along with several other lenses I own, to a used camera specialty store, but I'm listing it here in case anyone is interested in this rare lens. --- The first photo shows everything that is for sale. The second photo shows the lens mounted on a PENTAX K-30 for illustrative purposes (the PENTAX K-30 is not included). You can see how thin the lens is from this photo. The scratch in the third photo was present from the time of purchase, and there may be other small scratches and dirt, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Also, although this lens is a Pentax K-mount type, it cannot be mounted directly. A mount adapter K like the one in the fourth photo is required. If you need one, I will send it together for 4,000 yen.
