These are Mitsubishi Uni watercolor pencils. The set is complete, and they have been used only a few times, so none of the pencils are extremely short. As this product is likely from about 10 years ago, there are multiple spots on the plastic case that are colored, some intentionally like doodles, and others that have occurred naturally.
