DS Lite Crystal White. Contents include the console, stylus, GBA cartridge cover, and a new USB cable. Operation confirmed on 9/28. Both DS and GBA games load without issue. No particular problems were found. Screen protectors were applied to both screens but were removed at the time of listing. The screens are in very clean condition. There is almost no yellowing of the screens, and no white spots on the corners.
