I bought this online, and I believe it was originally sold as a girls' item. It's a short length, so it might look good paired with a skirt. Please refer to the measurements in photo 8. Boys could also wear it, perhaps layered under overalls. I don't see any noticeable stains, but there is some wear around the sleeves, so please check the photos.
