This is a fully waterproof Moomin overall from the Finnish luxury brand Reima. I am selling two identical ones as I have twins. Originally purchased for ¥14,480 (including tax) each. I live in the Kanto region, so it's not extremely cold, but they kept my children warm even with thin layers underneath, and they could play outside for hours even on windy days. The fabric is thick, so it might be a little restrictive, but the children didn't seem to mind and ran around freely.
