This is a Stratocaster-type electric guitar from Moon, a brand famous for manufacturing high-quality, domestically-produced guitars. It's also well-known that Keisuke Kuwata of Southern All Stars has long used PGM guitars, a different brand from Moon. I acquired this guitar used. I believe it's from the 90s. It's a beautiful guitar with a metallic light green finish. The pickups are likely the original Alembic pickups (active type, using batteries) from the factory. I didn't like the black metal parts on this guitar, so I've replaced them with chrome-style parts. Specifically, the tuning pegs have been replaced with brand new, reliable Gotoh pegs, a brand that Japan is proud to present to the world. The bridge plate and tremolo block have also been replaced with new Gotoh parts. The bridge saddles are new Fender parts. The control knobs have been replaced with generic white knobs. The string tree has been changed to a roller type. The pickup selector tip, back panel, and tremolo arm are missing. The neck has no significant warping, and the frets have about 80% life remaining. The string height at the 12th fret is about 2.5mm. There is a brown discoloration on the 2nd string at the 20th fret. There may be other overlooked details, so please check the photos for more information. The original black bridge, tremolo block, and jack plate (Moon original parts) are also included, so you can revert those parts back to their original state (see photos; the original tuning pegs are not included). I will pack it with bubble wrap and cardboard for shipping. If a similar guitar were to be made in Japan today, I believe it would cost several times more. Also, the wear parts have been replaced with new ones, making it a more practical guitar. Please take this opportunity to purchase it.
