This is the "Amethyst Oriental Ring" from the Senshukai accessory making kit, Beads & Silver series. It's a series where you make accessory sets using beads and silver motifs. The first photo is the instruction manual, and you can choose one type from the three sets, a, b, and c, to create. It originally came in a box, but I will take it out and ship it in a bag. Everything in the second photo is included.
