Purchased around 2002 and used by flipping through it occasionally while studying confectionery. It is written in great detail and is easy to understand, making it enjoyable to read and easy to lose track of time. Although it is a dictionary from over 20 years ago, there are no written notes or dog-eared pages, and the inside is in a relatively clean condition, almost unused. The signs of age are the loss of shine on the staples of the paper cover and the frayed ends of the ribbon bookmark.
