I received this item new, but I've only used it indoors two or three times, so it's in very clean condition. It has been home-cleaned. I don't see any dirt or stains, but since it has been opened once, please purchase it only if you are okay with a used item. The color is pale blue. The set includes the main unit, a storage bag, and the instruction manual. I threw away the box, so it's not included.
