This is a heko obi (soft sash). I'm not sure if it's for women or children, but the length is approximately 264cm. The material appears to be silk. It's a beautiful item with no stains or dirt. I think it would be cute to use as an accent color with an obiage (undersash) or obi accessories. Thank you for your consideration.
