Worn twice, and washed. It's a rare design that's not often seen on the market, so I received compliments on how cute it was, and that it didn't look like what others were wearing(^^) How about it for Halloween? The size is listed as 12-18 months, but because it's a sleeveless design, I think it can be worn by slightly smaller or larger children. I have two of these items for siblings.
