This appears to be a "JNR (Japanese National Railways) Class 8800 Steam Locomotive Kit" from Tetsudo Mokeisha (Railway Model Company). This item has been stored for a long time without being assembled. It includes brass etching plates, brass turned parts, small screws, a set of wheels, and the original instruction drawings from the time. Please note that this is a "body assembly kit" by Tetsudo Mokeisha from that era, and does not include power unit components such as a motor, gearbox, or worm gear.
