It's off-the-shoulder, but it has shoulder straps so it won't slip down, making it safe for children. I bought a 130cm dress from a store. It didn't have enough volume, so I cut the skirt from another dress and sewed satin fabric on top in a flower-like pattern. It has a lot of volume and is very glamorous, and I received many compliments from the cast members at the park! You can wear a white long-sleeved T-shirt underneath during the colder months. Puff sleeves are recommended. I wore it once at the park. There are no noticeable stains or damage, but there are storage wrinkles and some snags on the inside. I sewed it by hand in my own way so the seams wouldn't be noticeable, so please do not purchase if you are particular about the sewing. If you pull the skirt strongly, the thread may break, so please do not pull the skirt strongly when wearing it or getting on and off rides. - Design: Princess dress, Belle style - Size: 130cm The length from the top of the shoulder strap to the hem is 93cm when laid flat. The waist is 25cm when laid flat on the front side (simply calculated, it's 50cm, but the fabric stretches a little. Please use this as a reference, as it may be tight depending on your body type.) My 135cm daughter was too big for it. Washed with delicate detergent. I will fold it up small. I think it will get wrinkled, so please purchase with enough time to take care of it, such as gently hand-washing to remove wrinkles.
