Here are my impressions after comparing the amplifiers: This Onkyo amplifier has a sound with the flashy, American character typical of the brand. Each note has a lot of energy, and especially in action scenes, this characteristic works well, drawing you into the tension and realism of the scene. The opening scene of Saving Private Ryan, for example, makes the sound feel almost painful, making it a perfect match for action movies. If you're not looking for an unrealistic system like Dolby Atmos, which requires speakers installed on the ceiling, but rather are looking for an amplifier from this era that supports front high speakers, which is feasible in a typical home, then this might be for you. ※ The previous owner was a smoker, so there is a tobacco smell from the main unit, and the remote control has yellowing.
