Comes as a set with a bib. There are faint stains from milk or dirt near the crotch area in the second photo and on the neckline of the bib in the third photo. Only used by my son, my daughter hasn't worn it. Other than the stains, there's no pilling and it's in good condition. I think it's still an item that can be worn for a while.
