This is a tight skirt from Lautreamont. It comes with a belt (can be worn without), and has elastic in the back. The two front pockets are functional, not just for decoration. There is a slit in the back. Although it's black, it has a denim-like pattern, so it's not completely solid black. It has some stretch to it.
