Purchased new and worn a few times, then stored at home. There is a small black stain on the ribbon (it's not very noticeable when tied). There is a small stain, possibly from a ballpoint pen, located where the ribbon would cover it. The ribbon that was originally on the front of the waist has been removed, leaving a slight mark. The washing tag is missing. It has been washed inside out in a net with a mild detergent. It's very cute, but it's being offered at a reduced price due to the above reasons.
