This is a set of cufflinks and a tie clip. The back of the tie clip is engraved with "1973 Asahikawa Factory." There is no engraving on the cufflinks. The details of which factory this is are unknown, but it is believed to have been made as a commemorative item. It is written as rhodium-plated.
