This is a US ARMY all-weather coat from the 1986 fiscal year. It comes with an acrylic boa liner with sleeves, providing excellent cold protection. The sleeves are satin-lined for easy arm movement. The shoulders feature a split raglan sleeve design. The all-weather cloth is dense but not as heavy as 100% cotton, making it comfortable to wear. Removing the liner allows for a more casual look. It seems there are also ways to wear just the liner, which is also enjoyable. Although it's vintage, I purchased it in near-deadstock condition and haven't worn it often, so it's in very good condition.
