These are size 140 from GU, teen size. They were too long when I bought them, so I kept them in storage. As it's gotten warmer, I had my daughter try them on again, and they've become too tight around the waist... My daughter is in 2nd grade and is 136.34 (cm/inches?). I think they would fit a child who is a bit slimmer. They have a hook and zipper closure. The back of the waistband is elastic. I plan to pack them in a Ziploc bag and then an envelope. Thank you.
