Thank you for viewing. This is an antique ro (summer weave) chuyo obi (reversible obi). It's likely deadstock, so it's unused and in very good condition. As it's a chuyo obi, you can use both sides, making it a great value. One side features a pattern of shell matching in a gentle purple and coral orange, and the other side has waka poems, flower rafts, and seashells in blue-gray, both elegant and stylish. Both sides also have embroidery on the otaiko (back of the obi). It has ample length, so please consider it for your summer attire.
