Since it's inside, there's no problem touching it from the outside. * The three-color rattle, the telephone-shaped rattle, and the triangle-shaped rattle have small scratches and minor stains from use. They will be shipped in simple packaging (the telephone-shaped rattle will be wrapped in bubble wrap in an open state).
