This is an aftermarket shift knob. It's a set including a crystal knob and an extension. When shipping, the knob and extension will be detached. I used it on an Aqua NHP10 mid-term model for about 2 years. I don't know the details like the hole pitch, but I think it can be installed as is on an NHP10. There is some wear and tear. Please understand this before purchasing.
