This is a ceramic toothpick holder featuring an "I ♥ PARIS" design. I bought it because I thought it was cute when I traveled to Paris. There's a hole in the nose, and water comes out of it when you fill it. Maybe it was a milk pot? I tried using it as a toothpick holder, but I ended up keeping my toothpicks in their original case, so I'm selling this.
