I recently purchased these for an English test. Both books have had the CD portion torn out, stand and all, after purchase, so that part is damaged. Also, the orange reference book has been used a little, with the first 24 pages marked with a highlighter (see photos). Aside from the above, they are unused, and no major scratches or stains have been found.
