This is a special "O-iri Bukuro" (a celebratory money packet) received at Fumiya Fujii's Heian Jingu Shrine live concert. It's a valuable item only given to those who attended the Heian Jingu Shrine live in 2006. I am also listing another of the same item, but this one has a few stains. It has been stored carefully in a file and kept in a bookshelf with a door for many years. As it is an old item, please understand this before purchasing.
