This is a handmade tunic. (The turtleneck worn underneath is not for sale.) I paid special attention to the pineapple pattern from under the bust and the frills on the shoulders. It has a very soft and fluffy feel. I think it would look even cuter paired with a straight, tight skirt, a dress, etc.! Flat measurements: 25cm from the shoulder to the pattern change.
