This is a formal dress from Catherine Cottage. It is made of 100% polyester with a slight sheen on the black fabric, making it resistant to stains. It can be hand-washed at home. The skirt has a petticoat (photo 3) and a fluffy silhouette. The puff sleeves are large and round, making them easy to move in and cute. My daughter loved it because of its cute design, easy-to-move silhouette, and easy-care material, and it was useful for formal occasions as well as events like Halloween. There is a handmade headdress and apron that were used for Halloween.
