This is likely a beautiful, swaying glass server with a brass spout. There is a chip in the cork (see photo 14). The spout can be rotated using the hook as shown in photos 9-12, but I have never actually used it. Therefore, I cannot guarantee that it is usable as a server. Please be aware of this.
