This is a non-sale Sat-chan ballpoint pen. I received it when I made a purchase at a pharmacy. I have kept it without using it. The plastic bag has some age-related deterioration, and there is some dirt on the adhesive part. The contents appear to be without noticeable stains. Since it has been stored unopened, I do not know if the ballpoint pen will write.
