This is a boxed pincushion made with Liberty Tana Lawn fabric. To keep pincushions, which tend to roll around, stable and usable, we've charmingly housed them in a box made with cartonnage. The cotton is wrapped in Liberty fabric, so you can stick pins in it. There's a magnet in the bottom as a weight! You can find dropped pins because they will stick to the underside!
